What we're working on.

These are our own products and infrastructure. Client consulting work is covered by confidentiality and does not appear here.

Game technology

The multiplayer game we build

Unity development, multiplayer infrastructure, and server operations — the whole technical stack is ours. The game runs on a dedicated server pool on our own hardware.

It is the work where three of our practices run at once: game development, server infrastructure, and production operations. A pool of Unity headless dedicated servers, heartbeat-driven slot allocation, UDP port management behind NAT, and crashed instances coming back on their own — all of it running in production.

Our game technology practice

Our own infrastructure and research

We run the architectures we recommend before we recommend them. Below is the practice behind the service pages.

Infrastructure

Our server infrastructure

Bare-metal hardware on our own public IP block, KVM/libvirt virtualization, OPNsense firewalling, and remote access over WireGuard and OpenVPN. Our game server pool and internal services run on it.

  • KVM / libvirt
  • OPNsense
  • Docker
  • WireGuard
R&D

Cloud platform services

Java services we built against the OpenStack APIs to manage virtual machine and container lifecycles — a control layer working with Keystone, Nova, Neutron, and Glance, plus the web console alongside it.

  • Spring Boot
  • openstack4j
  • Next.js
  • PostgreSQL
AI

AI work

Serving and operating open-weight language models on our own hardware, fine-tuning experiments on our own data, and training reinforcement learning agents inside Unity environments.
