Your personal data is processed by ETCA Yazılım Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi (“the Company”) as data controller, within the scope described below, under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Data we process

If you submit the contact form on this website, we process:

• Identity: your name
• Contact: email address and, if provided, phone number
• Professional: company name
• Enquiry content: the service area you selected, your project stage, timeline, indicated budget range, and the free text of your message
• Security: submission timestamp and technical signals used for spam filtering

Please do not include special categories of personal data (health, religious belief, membership and similar) or personal data belonging to third parties in the message field.

3. Purposes of processing

• Evaluating your enquiry and replying to it
• Determining the scope of services and preparing a proposal
• Conducting pre-contractual discussions
• Managing communication records
• Maintaining information security and preventing abuse

Your data is not used for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not send commercial electronic messages outside the scope of your enquiry.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out by automated means, on the basis of your submission of the form, under KVKK art. 5/2-(c) — processing being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract — and KVKK art. 5/2-(f) — processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

5. Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties for purposes other than responding to your enquiry. Data is stored on the infrastructure of the hosting provider serving this website. Where a legal obligation arises, data may be shared with authorised public institutions.

6. Retention

Data submitted through the form is retained for a maximum of 2 years after your enquiry is concluded, and is then deleted or anonymised. If a contract is established between us, retention continues for the duration of the resulting obligations and the statutory limitation periods.

7. Cookies

This website does not use marketing or tracking cookies, and contains no third-party analytics or advertising code. All static assets, including web fonts, are served from our own server — so visiting this site does not transfer data to third-party servers.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, domestically or abroad
• Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the law
• Request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties data was transferred to
• Object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

9. Making a request

You can submit requests relating to these rights to info@etcasoft.com. Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature. Requests must include information sufficient to verify your identity.
