Software Development
Backend, web, and mobile development with UI/UX design. One team from design through deployment — including the part where it actually goes live.
If any of this sounds familiar
- The agency delivered the product, but getting it live turned out to be nobody’s job.
- We bought design from one place and code from another. The two never quite matched.
- Our operations team runs the entire process out of spreadsheets.
- We have an API but no documentation, so everyone who wants to integrate asks us directly.
- Nobody is left who can update our mobile app.
What's included
Backend services
Java 17 and Spring Boot. REST endpoints documented with OpenAPI, JWT authentication, and gRPC between services where it is actually warranted.
Web interfaces
Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Server-side rendering, accessibility, and performance treated as design constraints rather than a cleanup pass at the end.
Mobile applications
React Native for iOS and Android. One codebase, including store submission and release management.
UI/UX design
Product flows, screen design, and a design system. You do not need to source design from one agency and implementation from us.
Admin panels & internal tools
Moving the processes your operations team runs manually into something that is actually a product. Role-based permissions, audit trails, and bulk operations.
Customer consoles
Self-service interfaces where your customers manage their own accounts, resources, or data. Authentication, authorization, and usage tracking included.
APIs & integrations
Exposing your existing system, or making it talk to third-party services. Documentation is part of the work, not a line item added later.
Handover & documentation
Code, the reasoning behind architectural decisions, and runbooks ship together. If your team takes it over, they have what they need.
Technologies we use

How we work
Project-based build
Defined scope, defined delivery. A greenfield product, or a specific module added to an existing one.
Team augmentation
We work alongside your team, in your process, your repositories, and your tooling — without building a separate island.
Product takeover
The team that built it moved on and the code sits untouched. We review it, report the risks, and pick development back up.
Frequently asked questions
Can we buy just design, or just development?
Yes. Doing both has the advantage that nothing gets lost between the design and the implementation — but if you already have a design, we build it, and if you only need the design side, we do that.
Will you work in our stack?
Yes. If your team has an established stack, we adapt to it rather than converting everything to our preferences. If we think a particular choice is genuinely unsustainable we will say so with our reasoning — but the decision stays yours.
Who maintains it after the project ends?
Your call. We can hand over documented code and step back, or take on maintenance and infrastructure operations too. Being able to run what we build is the differentiator here: "where is this going to run" is not a question that surfaces after the project ends.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. A well-defined admin panel is a matter of weeks; a multi-tenant customer console runs to months. After the first call we break the scope into pieces and give a timeline per piece, rather than one large number you have no way to sanity-check.
How do we follow progress?
You have repository access from day one and can see progress directly. We show working builds at regular intervals — there is no single reveal at the end.

Tell us what you're trying to build.
The first call is technical — no slide deck. We listen to what you're running and tell you whether it's workable. We reply within 2 business days.
